Estaba limpio
Estaba limpio
No pude reservar la segunda noche porque se bloqueaba la pantalla del móvil; le enseñé a la recepcionista la captura y me dijo que no me preocupara que ella me mantenía el precio aunque pagara en el hotel. Cambió el turno con un compañero y entonces dijeron lo contrario, que ese precio no existía porque ellos no cobraban esa cuantía. El caso es que después de enfadarme un poco dado que le dije que me iba y no había problema, un chico que acababa de entrar a trabajar ese día el pobre me lo solucionó todo. El enchufe de mi mesita para el móvil no funcionaba y tuve que llevarlo al baño toda la noche. El colchón estaba regular, notabas los muelles. El restaurante de al lado, a las diez de la noche nos dijo que no servían ya porque ellos iban a cerrar...nos sorprendió porque tenía las mesas montadas y había dos personas dentro cenando, y nos atendió de mala gana (igual estaba cansado, no sé, pero es que no había nada más por allí dado que el hotel está en un polígono industrial rodeado de naves). En fin, yo no repito teniendo otros hoteles en Granada mejores en todos los sentidos, y eso que este era de 3 estrellas. Bueno esta es mi experiencia que no ha sido grata estando acostumbrada a hoteles incluso de dos estrellas que superan a este con creces.

las toallas puestas por dia ,para una habitacion para dos personas solo 1 Toalla Baño y 1 DUCHA POR DIA ,ME PARECE MUY ESCASO CUANDO EN CUALQUIER HOTEL SIEMPRE PONEN 2 DE CADA

Camas de muelles
La habitación era amplia, estaba limpia y el cuarto de baño esta bien, era de un tamaño bueno.
Las camas eran de muelle, muy duras y no podíamos dormir, las almohadas era muy baja y las corchas que tenía puesta las camas era de verano pasamos frío .

Hôtel situé dans une zone industrielle. Secteur bruyant toute la nuit et isolation phonique insuffisante. Pas de navette à partir de cet hôtel. Taxi à prévoir.
